Agreement and eligibility

By creating or using a ShiftGop account you agree to these terms. ShiftGop is intended for adults using lawful courier accounts they control, in supported regions and on compatible Android devices.

We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, enforce these terms or comply with law, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Independent third-party platform

ShiftGop is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Gophr Limited. A Gophr account, courier eligibility, offer visibility, bookings, assignment decisions, cancellations and third-party terms remain the responsibility of Gophr and the courier.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of automation complies with applicable platform terms, laws and your own contractual obligations. ShiftGop does not authorise bypassing platform restrictions or security protections.

Auto Catch and route optimisation

Auto Catch may check for matching offers and submit acceptance attempts after you enable it. **A check or attempt is not a guarantee of receiving a job**. The system depends on connectivity, Android battery settings, third-party changes, credentials and job availability.

Routes, suggested stop orders, addresses, maps and arrival times are planning aids, not safety-critical navigation guarantees. Verify every destination, observe road rules and prioritise safety. Never interact with the phone while driving. Do not enter sensitive patient or medication information.

Subscriptions, pricing and cancellation

Plans renew monthly unless cancelled. Checkout prices, taxes, recurrence and billing terms are confirmed by Google Play. You can cancel in Google Play subscriptions; uninstalling the app does not cancel billing. See Subscription Terms. The first 100 genuine paying subscribers across both plans may qualify for special launch prices while continuously subscribed, subject to Google Play pricing and the published promotion conditions.

Availability and warranty

We aim to maintain and improve the service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, particular job earnings, route savings or acceptance of offers. Updates to operating systems, maps and third-party APIs may change functionality. Nothing in these terms reduces statutory rights which cannot legally be excluded.

Liability and mandatory rights

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShiftGop is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost earnings, missed shifts or third-party platform decisions, except where such exclusion is prohibited. For claims relating to paid service, aggregate contractual liability is limited to amounts paid for ShiftGop in the preceding 12 months, only where lawful and reasonable.

Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which UK law does not allow us to exclude. Consumers retain rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other mandatory law.

Accounts, intellectual property and termination

You must keep credentials confidential and use ShiftGop only through accounts you are authorised to control. You may terminate use and request account deletion; Google Play subscription cancellation is separate. Brand, logo, and original app content remain the property of their respective owners.
